For years I kept journals -- in composition, spiral bound, and French graph paper books. This blog is an attempt to get back to writing and documenting the world around me using photos, newspaper headlines, and other articles.

Ms. Georgia Lillian

The main reason for our trip to Toronto was to meet the new addition to the family, Georgia Lillian and for our visit to coincide with Dad and Valerie being in town.

These pictures are for the family at large who were not as fortunate as we were and could not make this family get together.  Our first full day, Friday:

A bundle of love that is much loved

My heart is so full of joy for my brother.

Mother and child

The Red Sox blanket is a nice touch.
Dad with Georgia in her elf hat

Dad and little elf.

Saturday:

The two Lillians

Selim is getting up the courage to touch his cousin.

Valerie getting her chance to hold her granddaughter.

Sleeping soundly, after the outing.

Can there be a sweeter baby?

I get a turn. And we are color coordinated.

Love!

Sunday:

She would rather sleep than watch football.
Not quite holding...more like resting in his arms.

Menfolk hugging their kids.

After dinner contentment.

The start of the goodbye poses.

2 sets of proud parents
Happy grandparents

Namaste, she has such graceful, tiny fingers
